Liquidation commission of JSC SB "National Bank of Pakistan" in Kazakhstan auction for the following property of the Bank:

This was a big commercial project and feeding with flour and bread to entire Shu City. The project was also providing flour to other cities of Kazakhstan and exporting the flour to other countries. 3. The deadline for applications is 10 calendar days after this publication.
4. Applications will be accepted by the Bank and sent to the Head Office of the National Bank of Pakistan in Karachi city, where the competent authority will open the bids, make a selection and announce the winner of the auction, if any offered price is acceptable.
5. Applications (envelopes) will be opened at Head Office of the National Bank of Pakistan in Karachi within two weeks after deadline.
6. After making a conclusion on the results of the auction, the Bank will inform the winner within 7 (seven) days from the date of opening the bids.
7. Bidders must fully comply with the Bank's Know Your Customer (KYC / Due Diligence) requirements / provide proof of the source of their income indicated in applications for the purchase of immovable / movable property.
8. The winning bidder must pay the price of the acquired object within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Bank's Notification of acceptance of its Offer.
9. The winning bidder will bear all expenses in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
10. The purchase agreement will be executed in favor of the winning bidder upon completion of all relevant legal formalities, payment of the bid price and all due fees. The date and time of the transfer of property is agreed upon during drawing up the contract of sale.
11. The Bank reserves the right to reject (cancel) any/all applications without explanation.
